Updating your TIN information/ records

  • Change of Address

    A taxpayer who wishes to update his/her address is required to provide the following documents:

    • A completed Taxpayer Registration form (found at the top right of this page). Ensure you check the Amendment box on the said form.
    • Proof of address – (utility bills, bank statement or any mail received via post)
    • Copy of their ID card
  • Change of Name

    A taxpayer who wishes to update his/her name is required to provide the following document/s:

    • A completed Taxpayer Registration form (found at the top right of this page). Ensure you check the Amendment box on the said form.
    • Marriage certificate
    • Passport/ Identification Card
    • Deed Poll
