Updating your TIN information/ records

  • Change of General Information

    A company that wishes to update/add a Business/Trading name is required to provide the following documents:

    • A completed Taxpayer Registration form (pdf at the top right of page). Ensure you check the Amendment box on the said form.
    • Business/Company/Friendly Society Registration Certificate

    A company that wishes to update/add an Address, is required to provide the following documents:

    • A completed Taxpayer Registration form (pdf at the top right of page). Ensure you check the Amendment box on the said form.
    • Proof of address – (utility bills, bank statement or any mail received via post)
  • Adding Principal Officers

    A company that wishes to update its list of directors/principal officers is required to provide the following document/s:

    • A completed Taxpayer Registration form (found at the top right of this page). Ensure you check the Amendment box on the said form.
    • Business/Company/Friendly Society Registration Certificate
    • Proof of identification of Officer
      • Passport/ Identification Card
