The under mentioned applications have been received for the grant of certificates for the issue of Excise Licences under the provision of section 10 (4) of the Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act, Chapter 82:21.

These applications will be considered by the District Licensing Board of the County of Demerara at 13:00 hours (1pm) on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court No. 1 and at such time and place as the Board may think fit to adjourn the meeting.

Copies of notices of opposition should be served in accordance with section 14(1) (a) and section 21(7) of the Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act chapter 82:21.
