In accordance with Section 10(4) of the Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act, Chapter 82:21, the General Public is hereby notified that the General Licensing Meetings for the year 2021, of the District Licensing Board for the County of Demerara, will be held on the following dates:

• First Quarter – Thursday, March 25, 2021
• Second Quarter – Thursday, June 24, 2021
• Third Quarter – Thursday, September 23, 2021
• Fourth Quarter – Thursday, December 2, 2021

The meetings are scheduled to be held at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court No. 1 and will commence at 13:30hrs (1:30pm).

Applications for the issue and transfer of intoxicating liquor licences for Hotels, Restaurants, member’s Club, Taverns and Spirit Shops should be submitted to the Licence Revenue Office not later than thirty (30 days) prior to the holding of the meeting.
