The Guyana Revenue Authority is inviting persons interested in participating in the upcoming Customshouse Brokers Programme, to note the following:
- The Programme will commence in the second quarter of 2026.
- Applications and relevant documents must be submitted to the GRA’s Special Investigations Unit no later than Friday, October 17, 2025.
- Required documentation must include:

- A completed and signed application form, which can be found on the GRA’s website at: https://www.gra.gov.gy/forms/#common-forms-all
- A detailed Curriculum Vitae
- A Copy of your National Identification Card/ Passport
- A Copy of your TIN Certificate
- A Valid Police Clearance
- Any form of identification (Valid and Expired Passport(s)), Birth Certificate, Driver’s Licence, TIN, NIS.
- Any academic certificates (CSEC, UG, Computer Studies, etc).
- Two letters of recommendation. NB. If you plan to work with a particular company upon completion of the Customhouse Broker Training, that company can provide one of the recommendations.
- Any transport/title/motor vehicle registration of property/motor vehicle in your name.
- 6×4 notarized photograph (taken from waist up).
- Business registration/company stamp/letterhead for any business registered in your name.
- Payment receipt for Customshouse Broker examination, if paid.
- A targeted approach to the hybrid delivery of training will be pursued, and will include virtual and classroom sessions.
