Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to assess infrastructural integrity and identify maintenance needs.
• Oversee contractor works, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards prior to payment approval.
• Prepare site reports, valuations, and recommendations for structural improvements.
• Review contractor quotations for accuracy and alignment with required works.
• Design and develop structural plans, charts, and layouts using engineering data.
• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for civil and electrical works.
• Evaluate completed works and contractor performance.
• ensure service and log generator/AC usage for optimal performance.
• Supervise and perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent, plus certification as an Electrician (Ministry of Public Works), with at least three (3) years’ relevant experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and CorelDRAW; familiarity with technical drawing.
• In-depth knowledge of building design, infrastructure maintenance, and engineering standards.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
