Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections to assess infrastructural integrity and identify maintenance needs.
- Oversee contractor works, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards prior to payment approval.
- Prepare site reports, valuations, and recommendations for structural improvements.
- Review contractor quotations for accuracy and alignment with required works.
- Design and develop structural plans, charts, and layouts using engineering data.
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for civil and electrical works.
- Evaluate completed works and contractor performance.
- ensure service and log generator/AC usage for optimal performance.
- Supervise and perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent, plus certification as an Electrician (Ministry of Public Works), with at least three (3) years’ relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and CorelDRAW; familiarity with technical drawing.
- In-depth knowledge of building design, infrastructure maintenance, and engineering standards.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
