Experience the benefits of registering for GRA’s Optimal eServices! Launched in March 2021, the Optimal Revenue Management System (RMS) is a user-friendly platform that consolidates taxpayers’ information, financial transactions and communications, providing reliable and accessible data.

Why register? Here’s why:

  1. Efficient Communication: The platform enables you to send and receive secured messages, facilitating effective and prompt communication with the GRA.
  2. Account Overview: View your tax account statements and keep track of upcoming returns.
  3. Easy Filing: File tax returns and manage all your tax accounts seamlessly.
  4. Refund Cheques: Check if you are eligible for a refund.

To register, ensure you have the following:

  1. An active email
  2. A valid form of identification
  3. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)

Don’t delay, register today! Visit our website at eservices.gra.gov.gy. If you need help, call our eServices Support Team on 227-6060 ext. 8001. While manual submissions are an option, they could lead to unnecessary delays in the receipt of compliance, tax refunds and Mortgage Interest Relief among other benefits.
