Address
A taxpayer who wishes to update their address is required to provide the following document/s:
- Proof of address – (utility bills, bank statement or any mail received via post)
- Copy of their ID card
- Complete Change Details form
Name change
A taxpayer who wishes to update their name is required to provide the following document/s:
- Marriage certificate
- Passport/ Identification Card
- Deed Poll
- Complete Change Details Form
