The following Units which are currently housed at the GRA’s Camp Street Building will be re-located to the GRA’s Smyth Street Building with effect from Monday June 22, 2020.
Motor Vehicle Transfers Unit
These transactions include: –
- Transfer of Motor Vehicle Registrations
- Duplicate Registration
- Change of Colour
- Change of Intended Use
- Change of Engine
- Change of seating Capacity
New Motor Vehicle Registration Unit
These transactions include: –
- Registration of Motor Vehicles
- Processing of Dealers General Licence
Motor Vehicle Examination
These transactions include: –
- Examination of all vehicles for the purpose of motor vehicle registrations, motor vehicle transfers and update of motor vehicle registrations
Cashiering Unit
These transactions include processing payments for: –
- New Motor vehicle registrations
- Transfer of motor vehicle registrations
- Update of motor vehicle registrations
- Motor vehicle licences
Please note that the sale of Motor Vehicle Licences will continue to be facilitated at the headquarters of the GRA and the Guyana Post Office Corporation.
