Exceeds 150 square ft. but not 300 sq. ft. - $2,000.00

Exceeds 300 square ft. but not 1,000 sq. ft. - $4,000.00

Exceeds 1,000 square ft. but not 2,500 sq. ft. - $8,000.00

Exceeds 2,500 square ft. but not 5,000 sq. ft. - $18,000.00

Exceeds 5,000 square ft. but not 10,000 sq. ft. - $25,000.00

Exceeds 10,000 square ft. but not 15,000 sq. ft. - $50,000.00

Exceeds 15,000 square ft. but not 20,000 sq. ft. - $75,000.00

Exceeds 20,000  - $80,000.00

New Fee: Stabroek Market - $4,000.00

New Fee: Cummingsburg & Other Markets - $2,000.00

New Fee: New Amsterdam & Linden Markets - $2,000.00

New Fee: Village Council & Local Govt. Markets - $1,000.00

Not exceeding 120 sq. ft. - $500.00

Exceeds 120 square ft. but not 2,000 sq. ft. - $2,000.00

Exceeds 2,000 square ft.  - $5,000.00

REQUIREMENTS 
1.    Completed application form
3.    Valid identification.  Passport or National ID
4.    An approved plan and letter for the premises applied for, stamped and signed for by the Central Housing and Planning Authority and the Guyana Fire Service
5.    The applicant must have a business registration from Deeds Registry
6.    Safety Certificate from the Guyana Fire Service
7.    Sanitary Certificate from M&CC or NDC
8.    Drug certificate from the Poison Board, Ministry of Health
 
RENEWALS
 
REQUIREMENTS
1.    Completed application form
2.    Previous year's licence
3.    Valid identification.  Passport or National ID
4.    Valid Business registration from Deeds Registry
5.    Valid Sanitary Certificate from M&CC or NDC
6.    Valid Drug certificate from the Poison Board, Ministry of Health
 
 
PROCEDURE
  1. Applicant should submit all documents to the Officer. 
  2. The applicant will be directed to the lodgment area.
  3. Once all documents are verified, the Officer will direct the applicant to the Cashier to make the required payment.
  4. The applicant will further be directed to the dispatch desk to follow the final necessary procedures and uplift his/her licence.
